Journey to the West is a five-reel video slot with twenty-five fixed lines and fifteen pictures on the main screen.
Equal bets are taken on the active strips, ranging from one to ten coins. Their denomination is determined by the casino rules. In the official demo version of the machine they can be from one to fifty cents. It turns out that the round can be put at least twenty-five cents, and not more than one hundred and twenty-five dollars.
In the device “Journey to the West” are available different types of images, including symbols with special features, as well as several types of free spins with additional multipliers.
Basic images bring payouts by forming continuous chains of several of the same elements on active strips. Such sequences must always start from the first column on the left. The winnings are awarded only for the most valuable variant on each individual line.
A wide betting range of 30 to 3,000 coins is available to gambling enthusiasts.
To determine the payout, the bet made on the line, multiplied by the coefficient provided by the rules for all possible combinations. It ranges from x2 to x400. If several combinations come out in the same spin, the accrued credits are added up.
There is no doubling round in Journey to the West.
Special Symbols
The Journey to the West slot screen features various characters from the novel and Chinese characters. There are a total of eight base pictures. They go in long strips in the columns.
There are also two special symbols that you can recognise from the inscriptions:
• Wild forms combinations on its own, as well as replacing other elements in the chains, apart from the scatters.

Journey to the West slot bonuses
When 3 or more scatters appear on the screen, the player gets 10 free spins. These are added to one of the following bonuses:
• Scatter. Scatter scatters fall vertically, turning 3 symbols into wilds.
