Special symbols and paylines
There are 30 winning lines in The Rat Pack, giving you plenty of chances to make combinations on each spin. To get your payout you need to catch at least 3 of the same symbols in one of the lines.
Pay special attention to the Wild, which is the best symbol in The Rat Pack. A line of five of these icons can bring you 5,000 coins.
In order to win a prize, you need to form a prize combination on the playing field. A combination is rewarded if the same symbols are placed on adjacent reels on one of the active paylines. The combination starts with the first reel. Sequences that start on the second or third reel are not considered as prizes.
At least three symbols are involved in a combination. The maximum number of combinations is five of the same symbols. The different sequences are valued differently. The payout table shows the coefficients that are valid for combinations of different symbols. The coefficient is a constant number that acts as a multiplier for the line bet. For example, if the line bet is one credit, and the combination is evaluated by the coefficient 10, then the payout for the combination will be 10 credits.
Combinations are formed from such symbols:
• 10 with odds of 3, 10 and 50 for three, four and five pictures in combination, respectively;
• J – 4, 12 and 60;
• Q – 5, 15 and 75;
• K – 6, 20 and 100;
• A – 7, 25 and 150;
• the rat at the piano – 10, 30 and 300;
• backing vocalist rats – 15, 50 and 500;
• any of the three microphone rats – 20, 100 and 1,000.
As you can see from the table, the rewards for the simplest combinations do not exceed the size of the total bet. However, even such combinations can become more valuable due to the “wild” multiplier. This is a special symbol marked x2, which replaces any missing image in the combination, and doubles the payout for the combination. If more than one of these images are involved in a combination, the multipliers add up.
Another wild symbol is the game logo. It is also capable of replacing missing images, but works without a multiplier. Both wilds cannot be used in a single combination, nor does one of them interact with a scatter.
The Golden Disc is a scatter. A peculiarity of this symbol is the lack of binding combinations with him to the lines and reels. It does not matter where the images are located, as long as two, three, four or five of the same symbol on the screen. For such combinations, the player will get 2, 4, 10 and 100 total bets respectively.
An additional feature of the gold disc is the activation of freespins. Free spins are triggered when three, four or five scatter symbols appear on the screen.
Free spins
When three to five gold discs are displayed on the screen, the Bonus rounds are triggered. During the freespins, the total bet remains the same as for the regular spins. During the free spins, only the scatter symbols bring winnings.
The gold discs, appearing on the playing field, are fixed in a box, and remain in place during the next spin. Each new scatter brings a reward of one total bet. Sequences of other symbols during the freespins are not counted. Free spins will continue until the entire screen has been filled with gold discs or until the scatter symbol appears during the spins. If the next picture change does not yield a single gold vinyl, the Bonus Spins will end.
Risk Game
When at least one prize sequence appears on screen during the main game, the Gamble key appears on the control panel. Clicking the button opens an additional screen, in the centre of which is an inverted card. One round plays out the winnings from the spin. The user has a choice:
• guesses the colour of the card with a 1:1 chance – a correct answer doubles the amount at stake;
• guess the suit of the card with a 1:3 chance and a possibility to quadruple the winnings.
If the answer is correct, the amount played increases. If the colour or suit is wrong, the prize is forfeited. The winnings are withdrawn to the account using the Collect key. The button allows you to end the risk game at any time between rounds, but before the next answer has been chosen.
