Several popular emojis appear as symbols on the reels and these include a pair of blue hearts, a bomb, a slice of pizza, a kiss, a rocket, a poo, an alien, and a face, laughing with tears. In order to form a cluster, at least 5 identical symbols need to be adjacent on the reels – vertically or horizontally. The highest paying symbol is the laughing face and players who are lucky enough to get a clusters of 30 laughing faces will receive the jackpot payout of 10,000 coins.
An image of a yellow star functions as a Wild symbol, substituting for all other icons in the game. Although the Wild star does not create combinations on its own, it helps players form larger clusters and complete a near-complete combination. There are no other special symbols in Emoji Planet, but, in fact, there is hardly any need for that.
Bonus Games and Features
There are several symbols to the right of the reels and they are meters – the bomb meter, the kiss mark meter, the pizza meter, the rocket meter, and the two hearts meter. They are filled up when in one spin, players land 12 emojis of each kind on the reels. When this happens, the corresponding emoji feature is activated once. If any of the meters is filled up two or three times, it activates its feature multiple times, too.
When the Bomb Feature triggers, 8 random symbols on the reels explode and players are awarded a cash win of between 5 and 100 times the bet level for each destroyed symbol. When the Pizza Feature is activated, a 3×3 cluster of a random icon (anything but the Wilds) appears on the reels, awarding an instant payout and giving the chance for creating a even larger cluster of the same kind. The third bonus feature is the Kiss Mark Feature and when it triggers, 3 Sticky Wild icons appear on the reels and stay in their positions until each of them completes a winning combination 3 times.
When the Rocket Feature is activated, 10 Stacked Wilds land on the reels and above them, creating winning combinations. The last bonus is the Two Hearts Feature which multiplies the total win by the number of times the hearts meter was filled up plus one. This means that players receive at least a 2x multiplier on their total win.
